Bhaskar started the Group of companies as the media arm of Heath Ventures (www.heathventures.com) upon seeing a market opportunity due to the changing face of media and global audiences. He has over two decades of experience in technology and media companies, at corporate levels and as start-ups across Europe, Asia and Americas. He has a unique mix of operational experience in TMT sector and in financial services. Bhaskar started these businesses after a stint as a Managing Director with Elara Capital. Earlier he had founded in 2001, Recreate Solutions, the digital media services company with venture backing and he sold the same in 2006. In Recreate Solutions, he had built a team of over 300 technologists across Americas, Europe and India in a niche sector of the broadcast industry. Prior to founding Recreate Solutions he was the Chief Operating Officer of Altavista's European broadband arm based in London. Before that Bhaskar served as Managing Director of International Operations, with Zee Network, the leading Asian Television Network in the world.

He is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology and has attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is a chartered member of TIE.

Simon is Managing director of DCM, UK's biggest cinema advertising company. He is a seasoned media professional of over 25 years and has worked in various advertising agency businesses and was the CEO of Mindshare UK. He saw a shift in the digital advertising and was brought in a MD of AIM listed Avanti Screemedia prior joining DCM.

For Heath Media Group, he advises the Board on market strategy and entering newer lines of business.
