Di5 is the brainchild of Bala Iyer, who spotted a gap in the market-place of providing quality marketing services for brands looking at the Disapora. Prior to starting this venture he was Business head and VP-international for B4U Network Europe Ltd. He had 15 years of experience In the Television industry of which 8 years are in Europe marketplace. He has been a speaker and panel member in various seminars and forums dedicated to disapora & multicultural marketing. He is an advisor to Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and ther indo-European initiatives. He started his career with Zee Network, India and was head of sales & brand manager for Zee UK. At Heath Media Group, he is responsible for the agency side of the business.

Ben has a diverse digital media background having owned and worked at senior management level within communications agencies for the past 12 years building their digital capabilities. His experience in strategy, brand and technical development has seen Ben consult to global brands such as Canon, Mtv and Blackberry driving success in both the Australasian & European markets. He has been a Digital Director of a mid-sized agency in UK prior joining Heath Media Group; where through SED he is responsible for developing the social media consultancy and the digital media service line.

Govind is a highly seasoned media professional with in-depth knowledge of the UK and European ethnic broadcasting market. He has led the Zee Europe business as the European Head for over 2 and a half years before he moved in as a co-promoter with the Heath Media Group in the summer of 2011, where he is responsible for all the media businesses.

Govind has been in London since February 2000 and started with his first project, the Miss World event for Zee and since then has managed many successful Zee projects under his able leadership. He has been credited for launching and spearheading some of Zee's key initiatives like the Zee Carnival, Zee Russia operations, Zee Radio and Zee Cine Awards to name a few. He is adept at driving network performance and growth across all distribution and advertising platforms and has managed the Zee media business across all functions to optimise the business plan. Govind is a creative, strategic thinker proficient in translating budgets, formulating business strategies to ensure consistent growth across markets.

Prior to Zee, Govind was working in the marketing team of a joint venture between Tata and Asahi Japan for Float Glass India Limited in Mumbai, India.

Madhu is a well-known and successful professional in Bollywood, in Tamil and Telegu films and has been a producer of over 20 films best known as the Producer for Gajini, one of India's top 3 grossers. He has held senior positions in production and distributions cross many media companies. At present, he has varied business portfolio in film production, celebrity management and along with Heath Medi Group, he partners for the film distribution business.
